We'll work with you to finalize every aspect of your order, from sign and balloon selections and designs to the delivery address and setup schedule. Once everything is confirmed, we'll prepare your design for setup. Payment will also be collected at this stage.

On the scheduled date, we’ll handle the setup for you. All you need to do is enjoy the moment, take photos, and celebrate your loved one! When the rental period is over, we’ll return to remove the signs and ensure everything is cleaned up. Don’t forget to leave us a review and share your experience with friends!
