Yard Sign Frequently Asked Questions
What does the price include?
The price covers a 24-hour rental of your personalized yard greeting, including delivery, setup, and pickup.
When do you set up?
We can work around your schedule! Evening setups are completed after dusk, while early morning setups are also available upon request.
Can you accommodate last-minute requests?
We’ll do our best to fulfill your request, depending on inventory availability. Contact us as soon as possible at (330) 705-2728, and we’ll try to make it happen!
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 24 hours. If you need additional time, let us know — extended rentals are available for an additional fee.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. However, we’re happy to try and accommodate shorter notice whenever possible.
Will the signs damage my yard?
Not at all! The signs are installed on thin wire stakes that won’t harm your lawn.
Where will the signs be placed in my yard?
We aim to place the signs in a highly visible area in your front yard. If you have a specific spot in mind, let us know when placing your order!
How should I prepare my yard?
Please complete any major yard work (like mowing or trimming) before the setup time to avoid damaging the signs.

Do I need to be present during the setup?
Not at all! Our process is contact-free for your convenience. We’ll handle the setup the night before or the morning of your event. Just let us know if there are any pets or other factors to consider, and we’ll notify you when we’re on our way.
What if the weather is bad?
Our signs are waterproof and can withstand most weather conditions. However, in cases of severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
How do I pay?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check. Let us know what works best for you, and we’ll make it happen!

What does the price include?
The price includes delivery and set up of balloon towers or balloon arch.
When do we set-up?
We will work with you to determine set-up and tear down of the balloon display.
How far in advance should I place my order?
7 day notice is preferred but please feel free to reach out if less than 7 days.
